Email us at showroom@second-world.com if you would like your package shipped any other way other than UPS Ground. You will have the following Shipping Options:

• UPS Next Day Air
• UPS Next Day Air Saver
• UPS Second Day Air AM
• UPS Second Day Air
• UPS 3 Day Select

United States ~ Orders are shipped via UPS Ground Mail unless you specify 2nd Day Air. Shipping will generally cost between $2 - $12 per item. Orders shipped via 2nd Day Air will generally cost between $9 - $30 per item. We understand it would be helpful to have all shipping rates posted, however, that would mean posting more rates than most people do not want to even look at! (There's literally hundreds of possible answers)!

All Other Countries ~ When shipping to countries other than the United States, no shipping charge will appear. It is calculated manually. You will be contacted by email with the exact charge before your order is processed. Due to the many varied customs regulations, we cannot send any type of food, coffee, tea, or gift basket (that contains edible items) outside of the United States and Canada. Second World cannot be responsible for any customs or duty charges on any international shipments. These are determined by customs officials once the shipment has arrived in the country it is being shipped to.

Transit Time ~ UPS does not guarantee the exact arrival date for shipping by ground (please allow 1-6 weekdays depending on your area of the country). For a quick, guaranteed delivery date, choose UPS 2nd Day Air by emailing a note to showroom@second-world.com as you place your order.

Shop Greener ~

• Air shipping generates five times the fuel emissions as shipping by truck. Choosing the Ground option is probably the single biggest thing you can do to lessen the impact to the planet.


• Send your orders to your workplace. If you work in an office, UPS and the Postal Service are probably already stopping by, so this eliminates extra deliveries. It also cuts down on wasteful missed delivery attempts.


• Don't print out the e-mail receipts and order confirmations. Copy and paste them into a document or an email for yourself. Curb your addiction to hard copies. Just remember to back up your e-mail when you back up your computer files.


• Recycle or reuse the boxes and packing material. To keep everyone's costs low, Second World doesn't purchase any boxes or stuffing. We only reuse what is shipped to us!
